Grand Venues (“Grand Venues,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates event venues and related services in Florissant and Ferguson, Missouri—including Grand Occasions and Grand Loft Events, and the website grandvenuesstl.com (the “Site”).

1) Information we collect

  • Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, address.

  • Event details: date, guest count, event type, preferred venue, budget, notes.

  • Commercial info: bookings, invoices, payments (we do not store full card numbers—processors handle that).

  • Communications: emails, forms, messages, call notes.

  • Usage data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, and actions on the Site (via cookies/pixels).

  • Media (optional): event photos/video you share or permit us to capture.

  • Social handles (optional): if you interact with our social profiles.

2) How we collect it

  • Directly from you: forms, email, phone, tour requests, booking workflow.

  • Automatically: cookies, pixels, and similar tech on our Site.

  • From service providers: booking/CRM, analytics, advertising, email.

  • From public sources: if you tag us or publicly share event content.

3) How we use information

  • Provide services: respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare quotes, process bookings and payments, deliver rentals.

  • Communicate: confirmations, updates, schedules, policy changes.

  • Improve & secure: analytics, troubleshooting, preventing fraud/abuse.

  • Marketing (reasonable & relevant): show you promotions, remind you about incomplete quotes, and measure ad performance.

4) Sharing your information

We share data with trusted service providers to operate our business, for example:

  • Booking/CRM & contracts/invoices: (e.g., HoneyBook).

  • Email & productivity: (e.g., Zoho/Google Workspace).

  • Analytics & advertising: Google tools, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel.

  • Payment processing: card processors, Cash App, Zelle (we don’t store card numbers).

  • Logistics & delivery: for rentals/services as needed.

We may also share for legal compliance, safety, or during a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information. Some ad/analytics uses may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws; see “Your privacy rights” below.

5) Cookies, analytics, and ads

Our Site is not directed to children under 13. Bookings must be made by someone 23+.

9) Photo & video from events

We may request permission to photograph/film events for our gallery, social media, or promotional use. We only use identifiable event imagery with the client’s permission. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing events@grandvenuesstl.com (include event date/venue).

10) Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt-out of targeted advertising (“share”/“sale”). To make a request, email events@grandvenuesstl.com with “Privacy Request” and provide enough detail to verify you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

  • California (CPRA): You may request access/deletion/correction and opt-out of “sale/share.” If we use cross-context advertising, we will honor your opt-out (and any GPC signal).

  • EEA/UK (GDPR): Where applicable, you may also object or restrict processing and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

11) Third-party links

Our Site links to third-party sites/services (e.g., virtual tours, payment portals). Their privacy practices govern those services.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site with the “Effective date” above.
