When are payments due?
Venue-only balances are due 7 days before your event. Events with décor/rental packages are due 14 days prior. Weddings are due 21 days prior.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes—we have an open vendor policy.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted in compliance with local laws; security may be required depending on event (additional).
Is smoking allowed?
No, all of our venues have a strict no smoking policy. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, vapes, hookah, cigarettes, cigars, etc.
What happens if we run over time?
There’s a 15-minute grace at exit; after that, you enter overtime and the security/incidentals deposit is forfeited. Hourly overage may also apply.
Can I tour the venues or view them online?
Absolutely. Book a tour or preview with virtual tours and photo galleries for each location.
Is there an age requirement to book?
Yes—23+ to book any Grand Venues location.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non‑refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of your event (venue‑only), fees paid may be forfeited; weddings/non‑wedding decor packages have separate timelines—see Policies.
